I'm a pastor and doctoral-level leader operating at the intersection of faith, emotional intelligence, and media. My work is rooted in the conviction that how we lead matters as much as what we do.
At Valley Fellowship Seventh-day Adventist Church in Rialto, CA, I preach, teach, and build — from community-centered ministry to discipleship through modern methods. Through the EQLife podcast, I sit with leaders who've learned to lead from the inside out. And through video production, I help ministries and organizations tell their stories with clarity and craft.
